I have the same issue that everyone else seems to have. My I218-V network adapter doesn't work upon restarting my PC.
I have to disable and re-enable the adapter in the BIOS to get it to work for one boot. Changing drivers has not improved the problem.
It has been suggested that these faults could be caused by ULP mode ( ).
Could intel support please send me the ULP enable/disable utility so I can see if it resolves my issue?
Thanks

There was an issue with sending executable files via email, so I haven't gotten the ULP tool yet. I tried three different email providers, and none of them will allow exe files to be sent. Can someone upload the tool to an FTP site or a file hosting site? (box/dropbox/tinyupload/mediafire/sendspace/zippyfiles etc)
