Hi DUCUY,
Thank you for contacting Intel support.
To access the EEPROM access tool and the I350 datasheet, please visit the Intel Resource & Documentation Center: Intel Resource & Documentation Center. You will need to log in with an account that has an active CNDA with Intel.
If you do not have access to the RDC, please refer to the following link for instructions on how to apply for an Intel® Resource and Documentation Center (RDC) and/or Intel® Developer Zone (Intel® DevZone) account: How to Apply for Intel RDC/DevZone Account.
Additionally, we recommend opening an IPS case under the Ethernet product for further support. Please use the link below and select the "Intel Premier Support" option under the "Contact Us" section: Intel Premier Support.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.
Best regards,
Simon
