For the past 4 days my computer keeps telling me there is an Update available to download for the Intel Killer Performance software.
But every time I go to the page to download it, the download fails and says there's no file there, reporting the file size is "0 bytes"

Hi @Nazrex
You didn't mentioned what is your computer model. On one of the images shows drivers for Hades Canyon NUC. The missing Realtek Audio Driver you can download here.
On the other image you are looking for the Intel Killer Performance Suite, but this software is not intended to be installed on Hades Canyon NUC.

Uh, what do I want Realtek for?
I'm not sure what image you're talking about, Canyon NUC.. what's that? I only posted 1 image, and I don't see that in that image.
My post was specifically about the Killer ethernet software, that's what the first link is... the download page for the Killer Ethernet update.
As for my computer model?
I just built it barely two months ago, so its whatever Model that I decide to call it.
The point of my post was, the website WONT LET me download the updated version of Killer Ethernet Software because INTEL says there is NO FILE there to download... yet my installed Intel Driver Software keeps telling me that INTEL released a new version.
So.
INTEL, WHERE IS IT?
Why does YOUR website, keep telling me there's no new version to download, when your software, keeps telling me there IS?

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Not sure why I need to provide info about MY computer, when its THEIR website that keeps erroring out.
Regardless, this has resolved itself.
After 5 days of THEIR Website reporting no file, or experiencing time outs, or giving "Write Error" when attempting to download it...
It just now finally worked, and downloaded and installed the update.
So this matter can now be closed.
