i need help with my

Intel Network 7260.HMWG WiFi Wireless-AC 7260 H/T Dual Band 2x2 AC+Bluetoooth

 

i cannot see the adapter in my device manager. i update my bios to the latest version. i am running windows 7pro. can anyone help please

Hi facsn,

Here are some recommendations:

1. Your wireless card could be detected as 'Other Device' or 'Unknown Device', please check if you can see any of this in device manager.

2. Install the driver for the wireless card. The driver is available for download here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProdId=3714 Intel® Download Center. Please select the appropriate operating system.

You will need to install 2 softwares. See below:

a. WiFi Driver: Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software

b. Bluetooth® Driver: Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software for Bluetooth® technology
