Buenas tardes, espero puedan ayudarme,
He adquirido recientemente un Intel NUC el cual se ha colocado en un despacho. Al conectarlo a la red me he dado cuenta que no recibe internet. He probado en otros puntos de red y si funciona, pero en este no.
Ahora lo interesante es que si en el despacho que no me funcionan los NUCS conecto un PC normal o una raspberry como estaba antes estos si reciben IP, pero el NUC no recibe. No tiene sentido que unos dispositivos si reciban y los NUCS no.
Se ha revisado todo el cableado y esta perfecto.
Alguien que me pueda iluminar un poquito porfa.

1. Did you installed the Operating System?
2. Did you installed all the necessary drivers ?
3. In order to get better information about your system, please download the Intel System Support Utility (SSU). Run the SSU scan (check "Everything") and save the results. The .txt file with the results please attach to your post.

Thanks. The problem was the version of the ethernet cable.
I don't know if the new Intel Nucs do not support old versions of ethernet cables.
