I've bought an Intel Pro 1000 XT network card. I'm trying to install it in a Solaris server with Sparc processor and operating system Solaris 10. I've installed the Solaris package contained in the software CD inside, named INTCGigaE.pkg but this packet seems to be only for i386 processor and not for Sparc. The Solaris command pkginfo shows the below info: PKGINST: INTCGigaE

NAME: Intel(R) PRO/1000 Server Adapter Driver

CATEGORY: system

ARCH: i386

VERSION: 3.0.25

BASEDIR: /

VENDOR: Intel Corporation

DESC: Intel(R) PRO/1000 Server Adapter Driver

PSTAMP: apah010807191157

STATUS: completely installed

FILES: 13 installed pathnames

6 shared pathnames

9 directories

1 executables

278 blocks used (approx) As you can check the variable ARCH(architecture) is i386. I've look for a suitable driver (Sparc with Solaris 10) but I have not found it. Can anybody help me?

Thanks in advance
