Is your pro 1000 MT server or desktop adapter? U must have at least one server adapter on the team
Go to Intel website to download the Proset software (if ur using windows OS)

Install the software then it will appear under the property of the adapter in device manager
Click on the adapter property, you will see teaming tab, click on teaming tab to create the team by following the step by step instruction
