Intel Pro1000/Dual PT Adaptor firmware

Hello everyone.

I have an Intel pro/1000 pt dual port adaptor, which is recognized from the systems as intel 1000 eb adaptor

As far as i know the card was installed in a supermicro pc which was updated with a new bios and since then the adaptor is not being recognized as it should be.

so is there a way to flash the card so that it becomes usable again?

Unfortunately, there are no publicly available tools from Intel to flash you adapter.

You should contact SuperMicro about the problem to see if there is anything in the new BIOS that might be causing you not to properly detect the adapter.
