I'm a gamer and this seems to be giving me some issue please help me find the update.

This is the part number for the Ethernet Controller, so if you have an Intel Motherboard, please provide me with the model number of it in order to look for the driver.

However if your system is an OEM system, it will be necessary to contact the system manufacture and get the driver from them.
