Intel(R) Ethernet Converged Network Adapter X710 - SR-IOV Error: Degraded (SR-IOV not operational)

We have a DELL R410 server, and we purchased the "Intel(R) Ethernet Converged Network Adapter X710."

On this server, we installed Windows Server 2022 with the Hyper-V role and enabled the SR-IOV option. Initially, it worked perfectly for several months; however, we have recently noticed that the SR-IOV status is showing as "Degraded (SR-IOV not operational)."

First, we opened a ticket with Microsoft, where they conducted an analysis and informed us that the issue is with the network adapter. Our driver version is 1.18.367.0.
Does anyone have any ideas?
