Intel(R) I211 Gigabit Network Connection (code 37)

After i installed the 13.0.16.0 My Driver gives me this error. I have Uninstalled the driver in my Device manager and it seems to not work. I have a Windows 10 PC. 

Im wondering about what other steps i could take to take care of this issue. is there any suggestions? Or any other information i could provide that you may need?

Regarding the issue, may i reconfirm few information as below:

Are currently using Intel Ethernet Controller i211-AT?

Also, I would like to check if you are using it embedded with any OEM system?

May I know the installation of 13.0.16.0 version has been done from which website, is it Intel website or OEM website?
