Intel PROSet Configurations Utility zeigt 2 Probleme;

Interrupt_Status : Fehlgeschlagen

Loopback_Test  : Fehlgeschlagen

Hello ManoM,

Thank you for posting on Intel Ethernet Communities.

Since you are using an Intel I211 Gigabit Network Connection as per checking this is an embedded network controller in which we have limited support.

Please do the recommended steps found on our article "Intel® Ethernet Connection I219-V Unable to Reach Gigabit Speed" on the link below. Although this is for an I219-V, the recommended steps can be also applied on your I211 Gigabit Network Connection.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000058667/ethernet-products/gigabit-ethernet-controllers-up-to-2-5gbe.html

In case our recommended steps will not solve your issue, we would advise to contact your motherboard manufacturer, since you are using an Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) on-board Ethernet controller.

It would be best to get in touch with Gigabyte for further support since they have customized drivers and software to enable or alter features on your system. They are in best position where you can seek assistance so you would not lose any features or customizations of the Ethernet controller.

If you have questions or other clarifications please let us know so we can help you further

Awaiting to hear from you soon, should there be no response from you, I’ll make sure to reach out after 3 business days. Thank you and have a nice day!

Hello Zig_M_Intel,

thank you very much, could I identify and fix the problem, the link was very helpful.

I tested the whole thing again part by part, I used a new LAN cable CAT 7, and although the cable is new, that was the cause of the problem.
Cable changed to a CAT6 and the network adapter now achieves maximum speed. Thank you very much again.
