Hi Intel moderators,

It seems Intel forum moderators @Caguicla_Intel and @Mike_Intel have both apparently left Intel, because they abandoned their monitored posts while promising follow-ups?

I have waited months for Intel reply, and do not want to start over on this question:

Where is this upgrade for Intel X550-T2?
