I have installed the X710-T4 into my Dell Optiplex 780 running Windows 10 32-bit. I see the 4 'Ethernet Controller' in Device Manager, but every attempt to update the driver fails.
I have tried the following drivers:
- NVM Update Utility v6.80
- NVM Update Utility v7.0

- Intel Ethernet Adapter Complete Driver pack v23.5.2
- Intel Ethernet Adapter Complete Driver pack v24.0
- Intel Ethernet Adapter Complete Driver pack v24.1

The NVM Update Utilities, despite being "OS Independent", do not appear to run on 32-bit systems. And as I said, Windows cannot seem to locate a suitable driver in the unzipped archive (no idea if it should be able to or not, I work in Engineering, not IT).
As for the Complete Driver Pack, it will run, but fails to locate the adapter. I get the error message "Cannot install drivers. No Intel(R) Adapters are present in this computer." Again, I can see the adapter in Device Manager.
Any guidance is greatly appreciated. Am I using the correct driver? Is this NIC even compatible with this OS?

Please be informed that Windows 10 is not supported OS for X710-T4. You may refer to the link below for the list of supported OS for Intel® Ethernet Converged Network Adapter X710 Series:

We'd also like to let you know that the NVM Update package is not the driver but it is for the firmware update of the network card.
