Intel network card NAT offload

Is there any Intel network card that meets these requirements?

+ at least 2 ports

+ PCIe

+ 10Gb

+ NAT offload: network card receives packet on port 1, does NAT, and sends packet out other port 2, where all processing is done in the network card

+ low latency

Upon further checking, NAT is not network adapter dependent and is done on the software and/or OS.

Having said that, here are the list of our 1Gb Ethernet card. Kindly take note of the port sine you are also looking for dual port card.
