Intel(r) ethernet connection (2) i219-v code 10 - not working

Hi,

 

I have been trying to trouble shoot why my ethernet connection is not working. I have tried the following:

  • Restarting the computer
  • Hard reset (unplugged everything and turned off the power)
  • Bios reset
  • Uninstalling the the entire driver and reinstalling

 

I can't pinpoint exactly when the issue started, but the motherboard is ~1.5 years old. It's a MSI z390 Gaming Plus. It was working last month, so i'm unsure why it would stop working out of nowhere, but i don't think it was due to an update.

 

Any thoughts, help would be great!
