Hello. Does anyone know if this card is compatible with Windows Server 2022?

Card: x520-DA2 Converged

The product page says Windows server 2019 but the release notes for package 28.0 says Windows 2022 is supported. I'm confused.

Hi DannyBoyWonder,

Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities.

Regarding your inquiry, we apologize for the confusion regarding Intel x520-da2 (converged) Compatibility. We recommend you to refer below link for Supported Operating Systems for Retail Intel® Ethernet Adapters.

Supported Operating Systems for Retail Intel® Ethernet Adapters.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000025890/ethernet-products.html

Under section Windows support for Intel® Ethernet 500 Series Network Adapters you can see that X520-DA2 is using IXN windows driver and not compatible for Windows Server 2022.

If you comparing with Intel® Ethernet Adapter Complete Driver Pack version 28.0 Release Notes, you can see that under section 1.4.3 Windows Server Table 3. Intel® Ethernet 10 Gigabit Adapters and Connections, IXN windows driver is not supported (NS) for Microsoft Windows Server 2022.
