Hi Gas_92,
Thank you for the post. Just to double check if you have install the latest driver of I218-V, as this is an onboard NIC, it is recommended you contact Asrock for customized driver for the onboard NIC on their system.

HI Gas_92,
Thank you for the update. You may try using the driver on our website however this is generic version we do not guarantee 100% compatibility
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/71305/Intel-Ethernet-Connection-I218-V
I understand this is Intel ethernet controller. It is still recommended to contact Asrock for the driver, as OEM onboard NIC is best support by the board vendor http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/network-and-i-o/ethernet-products/000006628.html?wapkw=oem+network
What is the router you used for the internet connection? You may also try check on the advance property of the NIC for some setting configuration:

Tried the solutions that you said. But it wont work.
i Noticed the loss of the panel "advanced".

Hi Gas_92,
Thank you for the update. The advanced tab is not available might due to it is onboard NIC as not all feature are available for onboard NIC.
Have you tried using other router to test? (in case there is a chance)
I would recommend you to contact Asrock the board vendor to check on the hardware part of the onboard NIC also.
Thanks,

HI Gas_92,
There are many factors that affect the internet connection. Have you check with the ISP as well? I understand you mentioned that there are other devices works perfectly, are you saying the other devices (e.g .other computer or laptop) running at 30 Mbps?
Thanks,
