Is Dell I350/X540 support for multi-gigs?

I have new Internet connection and the ISP router has 2.5G port.

When I connect it to my I350/X540 card's 10G port, it recognize as 1G connection.

Possible that this card not able to manage multi-gigs? Is there any way to able to fix this?
