Is possible to implement driver to control tx_disable in XL710?

I know TX_DISABLE control now is through I2C instead of any dedicated external hardware pin since TX_DISABLE is clearly defined

and implemented on page A0 - 65h in SFF-8472 specification.

so, i am planning to implement driver to control only TX_DISABLE and This driver will work with the i40e driver in the kernel.

Please let me know what to happen. (system panic, PCI conflict ....)

If there are other new implement methods, please let me know !!!!
