Is the I210 chip configured for 1536 fiber mode in INVM mode?

The chip model is WGI210AT. How to configure it to fiber mode in INVM? Can you provide me with a txt file in EEUpdate software? I found the txt file I210_invm_SerDesKX_APM-v0.6.txt online, and changed 0x0d=0x157C to 0x0d=0x1536 in fiber mode. Communication was not possible during testing. The following attachments are the I210_invm_SerDesKX_APM-v0.6 file and the schematic diagram of I210
