Is the i210-AT gigabit onboard adapter wifi capable?

I am trying to set up my internet connection. I cannot see a list of available networks in my area, nor can I see the name of my home network. Though I will be running via ethernet, I need to be able to connect to my home network to get the internet speeds I am paying for. My other computer does not have this issue. Any help would be appreciated
