Is there support for the Intel Pro 1000 PT Dual Port Ethernet NIC card and Windows Server 2016?

Available drivers for the Intel Pro/1000 PT card can be found here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/64858/Intel-PRO-1000-PT-Desktop-Adapter-Series. I am not seeing drivers for Windows Server 2016.

This adapter is from 2004. I cannot find any support for it after Server 2008 R2.
