Hello Nico72A,

Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities.

For us to further check the issue, please provide the following details.

  1. Are you using an onboard I225-V or is it a PCIe card?
  2. Is it working fine before?
  3. Can you share the link of your network driver?

If you have questions, please let us know. In case we do not hear from you, we will make a follow up after 3 workings days. Thank you.

Best regards,

Hello. Thanks for response,

1. It's a integrated modem in the motherboard
2.the mother board is new, and in the link posted before, many people have a same issue.
3. Driver Intel I225 LAN V1.1.3.28 for Windows 10/11 of 64 bits. (https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-b550-a-gaming-model/helpdesk_download/).
