Issue with Installing Ethernet Controller I226-V on Windows Server

I am experiencing an issue with the installation of the Ethernet Controller I226-V on Windows Server versions 2019, 2022, and 2025. Despite trying multiple solutions, including the drivers provided in the following links, the controller does not install properly:

  1. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/706171/intel-network-adapter-driver-for-windows-server-2022.html
  2. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/15084/intel-ethernet-adapter-complete-driver-pack.htm
