Hello,
I have an Aurora Alienware desktop pc with intel killer 2.5 hardware installed on the motherboard. It is not registering 1GIG on the download. Only showing 98mbps. I have another desktop that is up to 600 mb and it is showing that. I have tried multiple installs. I keep getting an error code 1603. "The error states the Killer Performance Driver Suite UWD cannot be installed with killer wireless drivers". I can't send a print screen, file too large.
Thanks, Randy

Hello 1randomguynSC,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
First of all, I apologize for the delay in answering your inquiry.
For me to further check this, please help provide the following details:
- Did you manually install this Killer 3100G controller on your system or this is embedded(onboard) on your system?
- Was it working fine before?
- What was the last change made before the issue started?
- How did you update the driver?
- Can you share the link of the drivers that you tried to install?
- What is the cable that you are using, and have you tried different cables?
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,
Michael L.

Mike,
Nothing works yet. I tried the following.
1. Multiple attempts to install the killer software package.
2. Removing the device from device manager.
3. Replacing my ethernet cable.
4. Resetting my bios.
5. Computer is up to date on all drivers but the "killer" ethernet products.
6. It has never showed the correct speed.
7. Another desktop in the house shows 600 mbps. Not even a gaming machine.
8. Listed below is the error.
Intel® Killer™ Performance Suite
Installation failed with error code 1603
Thanks, Randy

Hello 1randomguynSC,
Thank you for the update.
Let me also check, did you manually installed this Killer E3100G on your system or is it embedded on your Alienware system?
And based on your reply, this one never worked?
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.

Mike, I have tried multiple times to install. Can you just send me the driver only for the wired part of the card?
It seems to be hanging up on the wireless driver install.
