La Carte ethernet disparait des connexions réseau

Bonjour,

J'utilise un logiciel de gestion (ERP) qui possède une licence basée sur la MAC adresse de la carte réseau primaire.

Lorsque je suis connecté en réseau, la clé de licence est correctement vérifiée.

Mais lorsque je suis en Wifi, l'icone de la carte ethernet disparait du panneau de configuration, et ce logiciel n'est plus à même de vérifier la clé de licence.

Sur des PC avec une carte réseau onboard, cela fonctionnait parfaitement dans les deux cas.

Y'a t il  moyen de laisser persistante cette carte réseau lorsque je ne suis plus connecté au réseau par câble ?

Le matériel utilisé est un HP ZBook G7.

Have you checked with the OEM/Manufacturer HP Support about to have this network adapter persistent when you no longer connected to the cable network.
