Lantiq Falcon GPON SDK documentation

I need to get access to the Lantiq Falcon GPON SDK documentation. I can't seem to enter a support ticket for this product line on my account and no documentation seems to be publicly accessible. Does anyone have a contact or webpage that can get me started?
