Link Aggregation (IEEE 802.3ad) in TCP and Source Specific Multicast in UDP

Hi

I am looking for an implementation of:

1.UDP: receive Source Specific Multicast via UDP. SSM is defined in IPv4's IGMPv3.

2. TCP: I have 2 ethernet interfaces which i need to put into LACP (IEEE 802.3ad) and setup several VLANs onto it. In Linux it is known as Bonding, also called port trunking or link aggregation.

I contacted several IP core TCP/UDP vendors, they don't provide it. Is it possible to pick an open source LACP implementation in C and use it on MicroC/OS II with Nios II?
