According to the Mac Pro M2 here we can see that they supported:
Two 10Gb Ethernet ports
10Gb Ethernet (Nbase-T Ethernet with support for 1Gb, 2.5Gb, 5Gb and 10Gb Ethernet using RJ-45 connector)
We highly suggest you to contact Apple to check further on this issue to check with the compatibility as they might have further information on which Ethernet is compatible with their system.
