Hi,
we do suffer from very bad peerformance when teaming a NIC with the 82599 chip set using Windows 10 pro.
We are using the GigEVision protocoll top transmit images from a camera via dual 10GigE to a PC.
We never achieve a bandwidth which is higher than using a single link.
The connection itself is less stable and since the data is transmitted via UDP we are suffering from severe data losses.
Did anyone encounter somethng similar or even has a solution for this?
Any help appreciated.

Please share the following information for us to check on your request
1.) Driver version loaded on the system
2.) Teaming details; number of team members as well as detailed configuration
3.) Number of devices connected to the team
Kindly take note that "Throughput is always higher to multiple addresses than to a single address, regardless of the number of adapters.". If the LAG team is only sending traffic to 1 system, only 1 team member will be utilized.

Thank you very much for the reply. However, some of the requested information is not mentioned here. With this, please provide the System Support Utility log of your system. This will allow us to check your Adapter details and configuration. Kindly refer to the steps below.
a- Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91600 and download the software.
b- Open SSU.exe
c- Mark the box "Everything" and then click "Scan".
d- When finished scanning, click "Next".
e- Click on "Save" and attach the file to a post.

After further checking, mentioned on our Teaming Article (link below), to use LAG, it must be used with an 802.3ad, FEC/GEC, or Link Aggregation capable switch.

Dear Crisselle,
sorry for the late reply.
The solution with a switch makes no sense to me. We are using a point to point connection. Why should I run an additional switch here? This is not suitable for our customers. Our applications are cost sensitive and we choose this solution in order to save components and money.
Bottom line is that the setup of one dual SFP+ NIC and our ddual SFP+ camera is not suitable if we want to use LAG?

OK, then this setup will not be suitable for our camera.
We will probably move to a dedicated grabber board then. Without a direct connection and static LAG it makes no sense for our customers to use an Intel card.

Hello Frank,
We sincerely apologize for the delay on this matter.
We have been informed that NIC teaming does not increase performance for point to point connections, in fact it will decrease performance because of the additional overhead of the team. If you were to connect the camera to a switch that supports Static LAG, and then send data to multiple systems, then the overall bandwidth to those systems could be increased.
Sharing the link below for your reference wherein stated that multiple destination works best for teaming.
