Hi ,
We're having new NUC pc's and are unable to install some kiosk software due to an unsupported ethernet driver.
The supplier of the kiosk software came back with the following answer.
This NIC is problematic as it requires newer e1000e driver which is not present in the kernel yet:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/15817/Intel-Network-Adapter-Driver-for-PCI-E-Gigabit-Network-Connections-under-Linux-
Kernel 5.7.x currently has:
e1000: Intel(R) PRO/1000 Network Driver - version 7.3.21-k8-NAPI
which is not sufficient.
When will this be available or can we use another driver?
Regards.
