There are problems with initialization

initialization is performed on the section 5.2 Boot Controller and Chip Reset (The entire reset process is detailed in the following paragraphs)

After setting the parameters of the chip enters the reset or fatal error

For all registers get 0xffffffff

Need examples initialization source code
