Need support for XL710-BM2 custom design.

The datasheets says to refer "Transitioning from the Intel® Ethernet Controller 82599 to X710/XL710: Dual Layout Design Considerations and Guidelines" application note.  Couldn't find this.
I went  through  this link but no luck.
