No network connection after installing Windows 10!

Hello all,

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 on my laptop and PC.

My laptop appears to be working fine but the PC now has no network connection and limited graphics.

The graphics I can cope with and is less of a priority, but the network connection is proving to be a real problem for everything. Especially as none of the Apps (including Settings) will load either, so I don't want to risk manually rolling it back to Windows 8.1 just yet.

The PC has an Intel (R) 82562V 10/100 Network Adapter according to the System Menu. Its displaying a "Code 35" error for what its worth.

Any help or suggestions would be massively appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

DB

Hi DaleB,

Thank you for the post.

Can you see if the device appear working properly in the device manager and make sure there is driver installed.

You may refer to the code 35 information stated in Microsoft* website https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732456(v=ws.10).aspx Code 35: Your computer's system firmware does not include enough information to properly configure and use this device. (Please note this is a 3rd party website, Intel has no control over the content and for your reference only)

So far there is no Windows 10 driver available for for 82562V on our website https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/76951/Intel-82562-Fast-Ethernet-Controllers Intel® Download Center.

What is the brand and model of your system, for compatibility, you need to find out if your system can support Windows 10 even if the system can be upgraded successfully to Windows 10. It is recommended to contact your system vendor for the driver as this is a newly release operating system.

Hope this help.
