Hi,
I have a Dell Alienware Aurora 13 with Windows 11.
After running the Intel Driver & Support Assistant, I see that the driver "Killer E3100 G 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet Controller" needs to be replaced by the Intel Killer Performance Suite.
But each time I try to install it, I get the error 2732 (Error 2732 Directory Manager not Initialized).
The Wifi driver is Wi-Fi 6E AX210 160MHz and I think this is up-to-date.
Is there a solution for this problem ?
Thanks in advance
Stéphane

Hello StéphaneH
I understand that you are experiencing issues with installing the Intel Killer™ Performance Suite. Since you have a Dell Alienware laptop, which is considered an OEM device, we recommend using drivers provided by the OEM. Your computer manufacturer may have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes.
Please try to follow the steps below and let me know if it helps.
- Uninstall Killer™ Control Center if it was been installed before installed Killer™ Performance Suite.
- Download the latest version of the Intel® Killer™ Performance Suite.
- Turn off Wi-Fi and remove the network cable.
- Open Device Manager, right click Killer® Wi-Fi 6 AX1650w, click Uninstall Device.
- Right click Killer® E3100X, click Uninstall Device.
- Install Intel Killer Performance Suite.
For reference: Encountered Error: "Error 2732 Directory Manager not Initialized" when Installing Intel® Killer™ Performance Suite
I'm looking forward to your response.
Best regards,

Hi,
My problem (PC freezing regularly for 30-60 sec.) seems to be solved (hopefully).
I just performed a clean boot and disabled all the apps that were not related to Microsoft services nor to the antivirus program.
See https://www.makeuseof.com/clean-boot-windows-11/?_x_tr_sl=auto&_x_tr_tl=fr&_x_tr_hl=en-US
I haven't experienced a freeze since then (more than a week).
But I have not been able to install the Intel Killer Performance Suite, even after having followed the steps you advized.

Hi StéphaneH,
I'm glad to hear that after a clean boot, the freezing issue was resolved. Since you're still having issues with installing Intel Killer Performance Suite, I would like to investigate further. Please share the information below.
1. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?
2.Is this a new computer?
3. Were you able to install Intel Killer Performance Suite previously?
4. Please generate SSU report.
5. Please attach the screenshot of the exact error message.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards,
Jed G.
