Not able to upgrade XXV710 Ethernet adapter with EtrackID 0x8000decd

Hi,

I have some XXV710 Ethernet adapters that have been delivered with an EtrackID of 0x8000decd and firmware version 6.0.

From what I can see the only version I can upgrade to is the latest 9.40 version as this is the only version I can find with this ETrackID in it.

I need to get to version 8.50 but the 6.0 to 8.50 upgrade package does not include EtrackID 0x8000decd.

So my plan was to upgrade to 9.40 and then downgrade to 8.50, but there is no downgrade package for 9.40.

Does anyone know when will there be a downgrade package available for 9.40 to 8.50?

Or is there any other way I can get to the desired 8.50 FW version from 6.0 with this ETrackID?

Thanks,

John
