PCIe to Gigabit Ethernet

Hi,

We have a requirement to convert PCIe Gen4 interface to 5-MDI Gigabit Ethernet for a POe Camera application. We came accross Intel's 'I350' Ethernet controller which has PCIe to MDI conversion but it seems to have only 4 MDI interfaces. Do you have any IC that supports PCIe to 5 MDI ports?

Can you please suggest us a possible solution for our requirement? Attached an inital level block diagram fyr.
