I’m actually representing your Distributor, Rochester Electronics. Our customer Jabil Vietnam who is manufacturing the PCB for Adtran bought this part from us.

But because it’s a very old part , the full datasheet and reflow specification cannot be found which is why I request for help.

I don’t have any project information to share except that ADTRAN design a whole range of communication product. 

Please help on the full Lantiq datasheet .
