Hello all

I am having trouble getting an Intel Pro 1000MT Dual Port PCI-X to pass 802.1q frames to a Cisco switch.

I am running Windows 8 and I have a feeling this is the problem. Windows is using nete1g3e.PNF and E1G6032E.sys

so I have removed these from the driver folder to try to get them to use other downloaded drivers.

They will not detect. Driver auto detect crashes my computer.

I have went into the registry and changed vlanfilter to 0 and rebooted.

I have increased the MTU

I have tried with Priority and VLAN enabled/disabled.

Is there any way to get this adapter to work with 802.1q properly on Windows 8?
