- We would like to do some research about this driver, please run this utility and attach the report:
Intel® System Support Utility for Windows.
Note: Make sure to mark the box that says "everything" before pressing the Scan button. After that, click on "Next>" and select "Save" and then, attach the .txt file.

After updating

I no longer have the E3100 ethernet adapter in my device list, and trying to install the same driver, gives the same error as above due to signing i cannot get ethernet going.

Same issue.
The latest driver for the E3100 series is not signed correctly for windows, and I see the same message from the image in the post above.
