Precision for pinout on XXV710da10CP

I would like to confirm compatibility over the nic card XXV710da10CP . As over the main connector, pin 2,3,4 : are they connected ? And is there a specific voltage the card do need over these 3 pins ?

As they link over here as support forum, i guess it's the place.  So is the pin 2-3-4 are used or it's possible to operate without them connected ?
