Hello,
I am looking for a Windows 2012 R2 driver for Intel Pro/1000 MT Quad port adapter. It does not seem like there is any compatible driver for 2012, it stops at 2008. This is what device manager returns for the PCI device for one of the NICs:
Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_101D&SUBSYS_10008086&REV_01\6&351611d9&0&30180030
The same device in a Linux box is supported by e1000 driver. "101D" is listed as an "Alias".
That "101D" does not seem to be supported for 2012, but if anyone has any ideas, would appreciate the help. I have combed through .inf files for Windows 2012 looking for it, no luck.

Hi Knasveschuk,
Thank you for waiting for our update.
After further checking, we are sorry to say that the Intel® PRO/1000 MT Quad Port Server Adapter is not supported on Windows Server 2012 as the product is not listed under “This download is valid for the product(s) listed below”, https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/21694/Intel-Network-Adapter-Driver-for-Windows-Server-2012-?product=36773.
We also checked our oldest network driver for Windows Server 2012 R2 dated 12/7/2014 and it also does not support the adapter. You may refer to this link, https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27533/Ethernet-Intel-Network-Adapter-Driver-for-Windows-Server-2012-R2-.

Hi Knasveschuk,
Thank you for the quick response and for providing the logs.
The issue that you are experiencing is usually caused when your ethernet adapter is an OEM release product not the retail Intel® ones. To confirm this angle, please kindly provide us pictures of the front and back of the card, and pictures of the stickers on the card where the markings are printed.
We look forward to your reply. Should we not get your reply, we will follow up after three business days.

Hi Knasveschuk,
Thank you providing those information.
We were hoping that we can zoom in and distinguish the markings on the labels of the card, unfortunately, the image’s resolution is not that clear.
Would it be convenient for you, to provide images that is focused on the stickers where its markings are clearly visible?
We look forward to your reply. Should we not get your reply we will follow up with you after 4 business days.

The latest version 25.4 family driver pack did not have support for Windows 2012 R2. Perhaps you find differently. Let me know, thank you.
