Problem with Ethernet connection I-219-V

Hi, I have already buy a new motherboard MSI z390 Gaming Edge AC.

Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (7) I219-V.

The transfert rate is very slow, not gigabit, an average at about 20mb to my nas.

I have got also a laptop with onboard the same ethernet card and the average speed is 110 mb.

I try to set up the pc and the laptop cards with the same parameters, and using the the same ethernet cable, but nothing is changed.

I try also to install the latest driver. Than an other version of the offical driver from the MSI support area. The average transfert rate is blocked to 20-25mb.

I attach the txt file generate by the Intel® System Support Utility.

That's the last configuration, but i try different way. Power save, tcp offload, jumpo frame, and all suggested by the net and also microsoft support. Nothing works.

Could it be a problem with the Intel adapter? Could be a bad setting in the controller properties?

Thanks in advance.

Mattia

P.s. I'm sorry my english is not the best.

The problem was in the 2004 version of windows 10. I rollback to the version 1909 and the pc has started working well again
