Problem with intel(r) 82579v Gigabit Network Connection - Windows start up lag

Good evening everyone..

 

Here is my issue.

 

I'm using ASUS Rampage IV Formula mobo which comes with intel(r) 82579V Gigabit Network Connection.

 

The problem is, the LAN card takes time to connect at the windows start up time. In other words to make it more clear, it hangs my PC system during the windows start-up, the connecting sphere icon at the LAN icon in the system bar lasts for around 10-15 second till it disappears as well.

 

I'm using windows 7 64bit, with intel(r) 82579V Gigabit Driver Version 18.3.

 

Any suggestion or comments about what is causing this problem and how to solve it?
