Hi,
I have a new board with an Apalis iMX6 (Cortex A9 Quad-Core) processor module running Linux and an Intel i210 Ethernet Controller.
Although I attached an external FLASH to the i210 I would like only to program the I210 iNVM for the moment, in order to get the LAN working.
The processor module is connected to the i210 via a PCIe lane.
My question is - what is the easiest way to program the iNVM ?
Running EEUPDATE or LANCONF from the processor module !
Or maybe via the JTAG interface !
Advice would be appreciated.
Steven

Hi,
I've looking around the Forum and I believe what I actually need is the EEPROM ARM tool for I210.
Where can I find this ?
Thanks.

HI Steven,
Good day. Just checking since you mentioned this is an I210 on a new board, what is the brand and model of the board? have you try contacting the board vendor for the tool?
Or have you had any chance of contact to an Intel representative (field engineer)? If yes, you may also further check with.
Let me know so that I can further check for you.
Thanks,
