Proper VMQ Settings with NIC Teaming

When you team nic together with VMQ enabled, should all the NIC share the same VMQ settings, RSSBaseProcNumber and MaxRssProcessors.

If I have a DUAL quad core CPU's and 4 Intel NIC's teamed:

NIC1

RSSBaseProcNumber: 0

MaxRssProcessors: 2

NIC2

RSSBaseProcNumber: 3

MaxRssProcessors: 2

NIC3

RSSBaseProcNumber: 5

MaxRssProcessors: 2

NIC4

RSSBaseProcNumber: 7

MaxRssProcessors: 2

or should all the NIC be the same?

NIC1-4

RSSBaseProcNumber: 0

MaxRssProcessors: 8
