Hello all,
I use Windows10 22h2 and dual boot ubuntu 22 cinnamon. Lately my intel ethernet driver says it is not compatible at all with Windows10. There is a yellow exclamation mark there. And when I spoke to Microsoft they claimed my ethernet adapter (Intel 82759LM) is too old? Can anyone assist me here? Windows gives me an error 10 on the adapter yet my router acknowledges the cord being plugged in as does my pc (it lights up in the ethernet spot).
Thanks,
JB

Hello, JesseRBassett.
Thank you for posting on the Intel Community Support forums.
I received this thread regarding the ethernet adapter not working properly, and I will be assisting you with this.
With this being an onboard ethernet port, have you tried contacting the motherboard manufacturer or any drivers they may provide on their site for this platform?
Please share with us a complete system report using Intel SSU:

I will follow up April 13th in case additional time is required.

Hello, JesseRBassett.
This post is to inform you about the closure of this support thread.
I previously tried to obtain more information to properly diagnose and troubleshoot the issue, but there was no response after trying to follow up.
The thread will be closed right now, and it will no longer be monitored by Intel support, but if you require any type of assistance from Intel in the future, just open a new thread, or contact us using any of the available support methods:
