How to get EepromAccessTool for I210 chipset?

I am currently bringing up an aarch64-based board and got a blank I210-IT.
Could you please provide the tool to my email address, since it is not offered openly?

It was not resolved since my premier account has not been granted. 

Still stuck with some devices I can not use since the firmware and tools for flashing are not openly available.
