Programming i210

Hi,

I have the very same problem as you.

I designed a custom board, with an i210 chip for SFP fiber connectivity.

# lspci

01:00.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation I210 Gigabit Unprogrammed (rev 03)

The igb driver is loading correctly into the kernel, yet it (silently) fails to create any network interface.
